About the CEO
Tracy A. Allen is a retired Army Officer that served 20 years in the Army who has traveled the globe due to her military career and have received many accolades due to her professionalism, leadership, and dedication to her country. Due to her due diligence, Tracy is a recipient of a Bronze Star for her governance, her proficiency, and her sacrifice that she has made to protect those who were under her leadership in a time of war. Tracy did not stop there while serving in the military, Tracy made it a priority to go to school no matter what. Due to her hard work and dedication, Tracy has earned a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Psychology from Campbell University, a Masters in Science in Mental Health Professional Counseling from Webster University, Masters in Arts in Behavioral Health at Capella Mental Health, and a Ph.D. in Professional Counseling at Capella University.
After retirement, Tracy has worked in many areas due to her skills that she has mastered while serving in the military. Tracy has worked for Intcon doing Information Assurance; Dimensions/Honeywell doing Logistics; DIA (Defense Intelligent Agency); Premier Behavioral as a Therapist; New Beginnings as a Therapist, and Fayetteville Technical Community College as a College Career Counselor and a Human Resources Instructor. Tracy is a member of the Junior League of Fayetteville, National Association of Professional Women, American Counseling Association, American Psychology Association, International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors, National Geographic Society, American Mental Health Counsel Association, member of the Institute of Community Leadership, member of Simon Temple AME Zion Church , and last but sure not the least, she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Upsilon Kappa Omega Chapter of Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Pope Air Force Base, NC
Due to the many talents of Tracy, she decided to take her military experience and her education to the next level and put it to use. In doing so, Tracy started her own business so that she can leave behind a legacy to her sons, Jerome A. Johnson II, and Travis Boaz Johnson. Now, she is the CEO and owner of Allen Consulting Firm, LLC that specialize in helping individuals and companies communicate, to provide innovative and effective integrated brand marketing and public relations solutions which help clients grow their businesses and realize their marketing goals within the public sphere, with their customers, and with their employees and stakeholders. For any project, in any media, it all comes down to what is communicated about the client’s brand. How it is said, to whom it said to, and what others have to say once they get the message and delivering results-oriented brand marketing programs and public relations campaigns that enhance our clients’ awareness, improve their sales and foster their growth.
Tracy’s purpose and the long-term goal is to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with her clients and businesses by using her knowledge, experience, and creativity to communicate their brands effectively. Tracy brings client and companies to the right audience, with the right message, in the right places. Tracy’s talents and expertise have warranted many people to seek her services. Allen Consulting Firm, LLC is an ONE STOP SHOP establishment. Tracy is an extraordinary and remarkable woman. Due to all her adversities of going through a divorce, raising her two sons, and her health issues, Tracy has not let anything stop her. It is due to the unwavering faith that she has in GOD that keeps her strong and to face any trials and tribulations that she may encounter. If you would ask Tracy what is her greatest motivation through it all, Tracy would say, “With Battles Comes Blessings & With Challenges, Comes Changes”. I also realize that bad times are only temporally and it makes me appreciate the good times.
